TC is a man committed to completion.  And that’s saying a lot, because this multi-faceted veteran of corporate and non-profit work keeps many balls in the air on any given day.

Inspired by the bigger picture behind everything he undertakes, TC has used his drive and expertise in market analysis, business development and strategic planning to take organizations from the ground floor to thousands strong.

From mortgage professional to nonprofit founder and president to pastor, he has put his diverse background to work to help others raise their standard of living and quality of life.

TC has the special ability to meet challenging goals by bringing people and ideas together, whether he’s working in the public or private sector.  He’s lobbied at the state and federal level for the nonprofit organization he founded, which is committed to significantly reducing sexual violence.

He authored a nonprofit organization’s monthly newsletter, “Hope for the Family,” and in 1995 was given the Outstanding Work for Families award for his leadership in that area. He also developed a teaching tool for his church.

TC’s faith drives his passion to set challenging goals and waste not a moment of the day in reaching them.  His interest in physical fitness and health keeps him on a daily regimen of running and weight-training.  He even earned an award for placing among the top 35 contestants in the Tucson International Marathon.

Known by his family as a loving and compassionate husband and father, TC loves to spend time with his wife of 30 years.  They have two adult children.
