As you said, a good coach helps you to gain &quot;insight into your own development.&quot; We often don&#039;t see our own growth as clearly when we&#039;re charting the course on our own. The interaction with an &quot;outside observer&quot; who is committed to helping us can allow us to gain the non-attached perspective that allows us to see ourselves and our accomplishments through fresh eyes. And, it is a gift to get the experience of receiving effective coaching because it does provide perspective on the possibility of doing effective coaching ourselves. Come back and see us again.
